Accomplishing this huge milestone of becoming an author was a very exciting moment in my coaching career.
In The Empowered Women Series: Book 4, I, along with my six co-authors share vulnerable stories from heartbreak to addiction to challenging family dynamics, and everything in between. I bare my soul in my contributing chapter, Finding Freedom in Forgiveness, where I share the story of how my childhood shaped my career path, my life’s work, and the woman I am today.
The book highlights how it’s possible to turn our deepest struggles into our greatest triumphs and opportunities for growth. When we choose the path of self-expression, self-responsibility, and self-awareness, we discover the brightest, most powerful version of ourselves.
We become the most empowered version of ourselves when we have the courage to shed light on our darkest moments and choose the path of love, acceptance, forgiveness, and personal responsibility!
In early November of 2019, we celebrated our first book launch party in San Diego, with our coach, Jolie Dawn. It was an awesome event to celebrate becoming an author. Now, we’d like to bring the party to NY!

It will be a fun, inspiring evening of connection, community, empowerment, and heart-opening storytelling. Located at the beautiful Love Integration Yoga studio in the heart of Long Beach, NY. There will be live music, food, drinks, raffles, a book signing, and Stephanie will give a live reading from the book. You won’t want to miss it!
