You’ll learn correct posture (asana) alignment and proper breathing (pranayama) techniques. During each yoga class, I offer tons of modifications to fit your unique body, and I take my time making sure you understand each posture, the areas of your body it targets, and how it benefits your body on the whole.
You’ll learn easy and practical meditation and mindfulness tools to settle your mind and calm your nervous system so you can significantly reduce stress and anxiety. Your work, home life, and relationships will improve as a result.
