You’ll learn correct posture (asana) alignment and proper breathing (pranayama) techniques. During each yoga class, I offer many modifications to fit your unique body, and I take my time ensuring you understand each posture, the areas of your body it targets, and how it benefits you holistically- mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically, spiritually.
You’ll learn easy and practical meditation and mindfulness tools to significantly settle your mind and calm your nervous system to reduce stress and anxiety. Your work, home life, and relationships will improve as a result.
You’ll learn how to take the practice off of your mat and into your everyday life.
Yoga classes are held at your home, at Modern Wellness in Lynbrook, NY, or outdoors at the park or beach when weather permits.
