Sacred Body School is my most foundational body of work. It’s a culmination of 20+ years of my personal/spiritual development journey and 10+ years working with hundreds of people in the areas of disordered eating, mindset, and self-acceptance.

Sacred Body School is an immersive experience designed to support you in creating profound transformation in your body, mind, and life. This group learning environment takes you on an incredibly expansive journey into yourself.

You’ll get to the root of your disordered eating patterns and sustainably heal your relationship with food. You’ll develop a positive body image, improve confidence and self-esteem, and create a nourishing relationship with yourself. You’ll uncover mindset blocks and limiting beliefs to improve self-talk patterns. You’ll deepen connection, trust, and acceptance of yourself.

Inside this intimate container packed with accountability and group support, you’ll develop an entirely new, harmonious relationship with yourself while learning and growing alongside others.

I struggled with disordered eating- and all the challenges that came with it- through my teens and early twenties. You can read my full story here. This was my experience for many years until I learned how to create an entirely new relationship with food, my body, and my mind. Now, I teach others how to do the same. Sacred Body School was designed for people who can relate to some or all of the following.

Program Details

Sacred Body School is my most foundational body of work. It’s a culmination of 20+ years of my personal/spiritual development journey and 10+ years working with hundreds of people in the areas of disordered eating, mindset, and self-acceptance.

The program is a minimum 6-month commitment inside of an ongoing membership container.

In this virtual group learning environment, we meet (a minimum of) twice a month for 2 hours where I teach the program’s core content.

Participation is highly encouraged, as I work one-on-one with those who wish to receive targeted support. This is a very hands-on program where you continue receiving support outside our scheduled calls.

Our virtual learning environment is housed inside Mighty Networks, where I show up daily to answer questions, offer support, and guide you through your process. You’ll have the support of the community and me inside this container.

All classes are recorded and will live on the platform for you to revisit whenever needed. You can access the content as long as you are in the membership.

After the 6-month term, you can continue on a month-to-month basis and cancel anytime.

Emotional & Compulsive Eating

Managing Cravings

Intuitively Eating with Ease

Identify the root causes of disordered eating, emotional, compulsive, and binge eating, and incorporate new, intuitive eating habits. Gain a deepened understanding of your cravings and manage them with patience, awareness, and curiosity. Uncover the wisdom of your body and the tools to eat with ease intuitively. Find what works best for the optimal health of your unique body. Develop new coping mechanisms for stress, emotional eating, and boredom, and cultivate a healthy relationship with food from a place of acceptance instead of resistance, guilt, and regret.

Months 3-4

Self-Talk & Mindset

Shifting Limiting Beliefs

Discover language’s physiological effects on your brain, body, patterns, habits, and choices. The thoughts you choose and the words you speak profoundly impact your life, especially your relationship with food, yourself, and your body. Identify your core limiting beliefs and how to choose more empowered, supportive self-talk. You’ll learn how to master your mindset, gain control over your thoughts, and choose to talk to yourself in an entirely new way. This alone is one of the most foundational components to achieving any changes you want in your life.

Self-Love & Self-Care

Intuitive Movement

Boundaries & Intuition

Learn self-care practices that support you in nourishing your body in ways where you’d typically turn to food. Discover the practices that work for you and are easy to stick to instead of deferring to force or “will-power.” Learn the art of intuitive movement and how to stay in connection with yourself as your body’s needs change. You’ll learn a new approach to sticking to any exercise routine with sustainability and ease. As you deepen your connection with yourself, mentally and physically, naturally your intuition sharpens, shifting your relationship with yourself profoundly. You’ll learn to honor and respect yourself profoundly and turn toward your body with greater self-trust and deep inner knowing.

Sacred Body School used to be priced at $6500, but I’ve redesigned it logistically to make it accessible to more people. The content is better than ever, and this round will be more potent than any time I’ve run it in the past.
