It is a simple, yet powerful, holistic modality of spiritual healing and self-improvement that anyone can use. Reiki alleviates stress, produces relaxation, feelings of peace, security, and well-being, and promotes physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic healing.

Reiki is “Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy.” “Rei” which means “God’s Wisdom” or “Higher Power” and “Ki” which means “Life Force Energy.”

We have all life force energy flowing through us. It’s what we’re all made of.

It keeps our bodies alive and the organs, cells, muscles, and tissues nourished. Essentially every single part of our body is affected by the quality of energy running through.

Our life force energy is responsible for the vital functioning of the entire body.

Reiki is the process by which life force energy is able to flow more freely.

When life force energy is low, it creates illness and imbalance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It significantly affects thoughts and feelings, resulting in stress and depression.

Conversely, when life force energy is high, which means that it is free-flowing and unobstructed, we’re more energized, happy, and healthy.

Reiki works by flowing through the energy field (chakras, meridians, Nadi channels, and aura), clearing out negative and stagnant energy, and charging it with positive energy, raising the vibration of the energy field in your thoughts, feelings, and physical body.

The ongoing treatment of reiki results in significant healing of imbalances within your body, mind, and spirit.
